We get lots of questions here at Paws n Claws, here are a few of the ones we hear the most often. If your question is not answered here, please call or email us and we'll be happy to answer it.
General Questions
- What does "bonded and insured" mean? - Your pets are usually insured through your homeowner's or
renter's policies. However, once they leave the property, they are no longer covered, which is where our
insurance kicks in. Our dishonesty bond protects your home and property against theft and damage. Never
hire a pet sitter or dog walker that's not bonded and insured!
- How will you get into my home? - For all of our pet sitting services we usually obtain a key during our
initial FREE consultation. This way no matter when you need a visit we'll be ready to
provide the services your pets need.
- Does your service use outside contractors? - No! All of our sitters and walkers are employees of Colorado Springs Paws n Claws Pet Sitting Services. We do not use independent contractors.
- How can I identify a member of your staff? - Every Colorado Springs Paws n Claws Pet Sitting Services employee, will be wearing our company t-shirt for easy identification.
Pet Sitting
- Do you offer boarding services? - No, our pet sitting services are all performed at your home so you
never have to worry about dropping off or picking up your pets.
- How long do your pet sitting visits last? - Our visits are usually 30 minutes long depending on what
your pets require.
Midday Walks
- How long do your dog walking visits last? - Our visits are usually 30 minutes long depending on what
your pets require.
- Do you charge extra for more than one pet? - Many services charge extra for a second pet, but not
Colorado Springs Paws n Claws Pet Sitting Services. We keep things simple by having just one price for up to two pets. Additional pets may cost more if they cannot be walked together.

"I know they'll keep me busy
if you use
Colorado Springs Paws n Claws
to watch me while you're gone!"
If you don’t provide regular exercise, dogs will get bored and start to entertain themselves – often by doing things you don’t like.
Bored pets often stay busy by:
• Digging
• Chewing
• Running away
• Barking incessantly
• Harassing other pets |
